ON N. Machiavelli, the state must protect the property-WIDE and personal rights of citizens, ie it should reflect the interests of civil society. Although N. Zhirinovsky was raised from infancy in the Western tradition, wore European clothes, in three years, knew many English words. He brought toys and books from Europe.
